There is no tab to reverse the money transfer done on the Capitec app. So, you must do your transfers carefully. However, in case you have made a wrong transfer to the account, you will have to register the dispute with the app within 40 days of the transaction. You can get your complete amount back within 24 hours from the time you lodge a dispute with them.
To register a dispute, you will either have to visit your nearest Capitec Bank branch or you will have to make a call to 0860 123 000 to lodge a reversal of the amount.

Visit your nearest branch to lodge a request for reversal.
Additionally, you can also call their mobile station at 0860 123 000 to request a reversal of the account.
How to transfer money on the Capitec app?
To transfer money, open your bank mobile application.
– Click on the Transact tab and then tap to send cash.
– Type in your remote pin.
– Select the debit account and add the amount you wish to transfer.
– Enter a four-digit code and then click on the Next tab.
– Read the terms and conditions mindfully and then check the accept box.
– Click on the Yes tab if you are sure, you have entered all the information correctly.
– An SMS will come to your phone which you will need to send to the recipient.
– Additionally, send the receiver this 4-digit code that you generated.

How to deposit money on the Capitec app?
- To deposit money, click on the Transact tab, and then on Payments.
- Additionally, from the beneficiary page, you can add a beneficiary tab.
- On the add beneficiary page tap and click on own.
- Now fill in the information and then click on the None option to send the payment proof through email.
- From the notify page, tap on the email option, then add the page and fill in the details.
- Confirm from the pop up that you’d be adding beneficiary.
- Click on the pop up to type in your remote PIN then press OK or CANCEL.
- Tap yes or no to continue and then deposit money into it.
How to check money on Capitec App?
– Log in to your Capitec app.
